- You will create a WILMS User ID and Password as part of this process.
- Your password will never change or expire.
- Your password can get locked if entered incorrectly more than three times.
- Ask your local project director to email DHSWICShare@wisconsin.gov so that they may approve your request for access.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the State office once your access to WICShare has been granted.
NOTE TO PROJECT DIRECTORS: Please notify WICShare Administrators when someone you approved no longer needs access to WICShare (e.g., employee leaves job).
- Instructions for logging into WICShare:
-
- This is the link to WICShare:
https://share.health.wisconsin.gov/ph/wic/SitePages/Home.aspx
- You must put "WIEXT\" in front of your WILMS User ID. (Ex: if your WILMS User ID = smithm, you would enter WIEXT\smithm.)
- Internet Explorer 32 bit is the preferred browser for WICShare.
- You can use Mozilla Firefox, but you might be prompted more often to enter your password or have trouble opening Word docs.
- Save WICShare as a favorite and/or as a link on your desktop.
- WICShare Login Trouble-shooting:
-
- Sometimes your User ID is already filled in for you. If this happens:
- Make sure what is already there matches your WILMS User ID exactly (e.g., WIEXT\smithm).
- If not an exact match, click button "Use another account" located under the password box before entering any information.
- If that didn't fix your login problem, you may have to delete Internet browser temp/history/cookies before you can log in again.
- WICShare Account Recovery:
-
- Go to WILMS Account Recovery page if you forget or have trouble using your User ID /Password.
- You may also e-mail the WILMS Helpdesk directly if you are having trouble using the Account Recovery process.
